Building Control System (BAS) is a central building management and control system for building control systems via the building Ethernet network.

(Technology based on IP) a base system that can control and monitor the operation of various devices such as 

 • Air conditioning and ventilation systems can control the operation of air conditioners via the BAS system, such as turning-off, adjusting the air or ventilation by sending it via a computer     or smartphone.
